Honestly? This site exists because I got fed up.
A while back, my TV box started acting up — freezing every few minutes, buffering on a perfectly good internet connection, apps crashing for no obvious reason. So I did what everyone does: I Googled it. What I found was a mess. Forum threads from 2018, YouTube videos where the guy spends 8 minutes explaining what a TV box is before getting to the actual fix, Reddit posts with “solved” marked but no explanation of what actually solved it.
I eventually figured it out. But it took way longer than it should have.
That’s when I decided to build TVBoxFixer — a place where you can come with a real problem and actually leave with a real answer. No fluff, no wasted time, no “it depends” non-answers.
What we actually do here
We write fix guides. Every article is focused on one thing: helping you solve a specific TV box problem as quickly as possible.
We cover Kodi addons, Android TV troubleshooting, firmware & setup guides, and IPTV configuration. We also have a software & firmware download section for popular models — because half the time, finding the right ROM file is harder than the actual flashing process.
Devices we cover: X96 Mini, X96 Max, X98H Pro, H96 Max, TX9 Pro, MXQ Pro, Beelink, and many more.
How we write our guides
Every guide goes through the same process: we reproduce the problem ourselves on real hardware, test the fix until it works reliably, then write it up in plain language. If something didn’t work in our testing, it doesn’t make it onto the site.
We write the kind of guide we wish we’d had when we were the ones stuck googling at midnight.
Our promise to you
TVBoxFixer is free — and we plan to keep it that way. No paywalls, no premium content, no “download our app to continue.” Everything here is openly accessible.
If your device isn’t covered yet, send us a message and we’ll do our best. You can also browse our full troubleshooting section or check the best Kodi addons guide to get started.
